It's Georgia's turn to be featured in my 50 states album! The state is cut at 4", the flag at 3", the bird and flower at 2 1/2" and the word 'Georgia' is at 1". To see the rest of the album posted so far, click here.

I like your 50 state pages. Are you still glad you started them? I was thinking of doing something for my little one but I don't know if I am up to the challenge of 50 pages. Also your blog makes me want to check out the FF cartridge. I like the file folder & the coin holder. Did you alter the coin holder in any way in DS or is it as is from the cartridge? That turned out perfect for the coins.
AmyD-- Thanks for the compliments. To answer your questions, yes I am still glad I started them. In fact, I am almost finished with them but I just need to catch up posting them on the blog. I put the project on hold right before the holidays to work on Christmas projects, and haven't started it back up again. My goal is to finish in February. It is a lot more work than I had first imagined. The FF cartridge does have a lot of potential, but you do have to use your imagination. The coin holder is not altered at all. I don't even have DS, so all the images you see are exactly what the cartridges will cut without manipulation. It is cut at 2". I do have to score 4 lines for each holder before I fold it because my cardstock is rather heavy, so that is a little tedious. Overall I am happy with how it is turning out though and I hope my boys will appreciate it. Thanks for asking and thanks for your feedback!
I love to scrapbook and make cards in my spare time. With 3 busy little boys my spare time is rare, but I wouldn't have it any other way. This is a place to share my work with you. Please leave a comment and let me know that you have visited! I hope you enjoy what you see.
