Twinkle twinkle

This layout was my entry for the third Chirper Challenge. The instructions were to use a star, some form of "bling" and white space. The stars I used were from Graphically Speaking. The Twinkle twinkle is from Storybook and Opposites Attract. The silver and gold paper has a metallic sheen to it, and the stickles for the swirls give it that extra sparkle.
