Mulan was the first princess that Noah seemed to enjoy meeting. He actually walked up to her and wanted to hug her. Mulan is cut from the Happily Ever After cartridge. Her name is a ttf (Herculanum) cut in SCAL. The frame is an .svg file from Paulo's blog. The flower border along the top is a stamp from Fancy Pants, stamped in glue and glittered with a copper glitter from Martha Stewart.
